Shipping & FAQ
Because even sourdough needs a little fine print.
We’re a small (but mighty) startup, lovingly baking one loaf at a time. As we grow, we’re still working out the best logistics to get fresh, crusty bread into your hands—whether that’s across town or across state lines. Here’s what we’ve got in place so far:
What’s in your starter?
Just two things:
• King Arthur bread flour
• Purified water
That’s it. No commercial yeast, no shortcuts. Just the good stuff, fermented with love.
What’s in your sourdough loaves?
All loaves are made with:
• Bread flour
• Purified water
• Sea salt
No sugar, no preservatives—just real ingredients and a long, slow fermentation that your gut (and taste buds) will love.
Do you offer gluten-free sourdough?
Not yet—but it’s coming soon!
We’re currently testing recipes to make sure they meet our standards (and actually taste good). Stay tuned.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're local to [your city or region], we’d love to hand off a fresh loaf.

Pickup times + locations are flexible—we’ll work with you!
Do you ship bread?
Not yet—but we're working on it.
Shipping fresh sourdough is a bit of a puzzle, and we’re exploring the best packaging and timing to make sure your bread arrives as fresh as possible. In the meantime, local pickup is your best bet.
How do I pay for a loaf/local pickup?
Once we confirm your order, we’ll send a payment link via Venmo, PayPal, or another method of your choice. Online ordering is coming soon!
How far in advance should I place an order?
We bake in small batches, so at least 48 hours' notice is appreciated. We'll confirm availability when you reach out.
Something else you’re wondering?
