Return Policy

Because we’re all about good bread—and clear expectations.

At Mother and Crumb, everything we offer is small-batch, handmade, or made-to-order. That means a lot of love (and flour) goes into each item—and we want you to be happy with your order. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges:

Perishable Items

Due to the nature of sourdough starter and other food-related items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any perishable products. If something arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

 

Apparel & Merchandise

We do not offer returns on apparel unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that’s the case, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue.

Because our sweatshirts, hats, and other items are made in small runs (or made-to-order), we’re not able to accommodate returns or exchanges for sizing—so please double-check the size guide before placing your order.

 

Shipping Issues

If your item is delayed or lost in transit, we’re happy to help you track it down—but please understand we’re not responsible for delays once your order has been shipped. That said, if something seems off, always reach out. We’ll do what we can.
